Wake up in a 200 year-old village house, to enjoy a delicious freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea from our Nespresso Bar and a delicious breakfast between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on our patio with homemade products and fresh fruit juices. Spend a day on one of the many sandy beaches that can be reached within half an hour by car or a great hike through the vineyards, hills and mountains. Or on the way to the Casa Rural, you can visit some Bodegas in the area.

From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. we are happy to welcome you for check-in at our cozy wine bar on the patio with delicious drinks and some local delicacies. Or enjoy the views on our roof terrace, before enjoying a delicious dinner in one of the lively restaurants or on the terraces nearby. We are more than glad to help you or make a reservation on your behalf.

About us

We are Ineke and Johan Landsbergen, and we have earned our spurs within the Dutch gastronomy for many years. After many years of roaming Spain in our spare time, we have settled down in the heart of the historic traditional village of Lliber, and in the famous wine region of the Jalon Valley surrounded by the Bernia Mountains, you will find our beautiful Casa Rural.

From the moment you arrive at our beautifully decorated old entrance, you will begin to unwind in a truly unique and charming environment, where past and present co-exist in perfect harmony. While staying true to the character of the 200-year old building, we have introduced some wonderful modern rooms to offer guests a lovely, intimate retreat.

We know what it takes to make guests feel truly welcome, a good drink, delicious tapas and a wonderfully comfortable bed to stretch out on.

That is why we are the perfect location for your stay. All rooms come with a private bathroom and are air-conditioned hot and cold, and have been individually designed to high specifications to offer you the perfect place to relax.

Discover Casa Rural Lliber

Our Casa Rural has 2 rooms and 4 suites, all unique and equipped with luxuary bathrooms also a walk-in shower and hairdryer, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a stocked mini-bar. All rooms have air conditioning hot and cold, and fly screens on the windows.

A mini safe, fast WiFi connection and a television with an extensive channel package including Netflix.

We also have cozy seating areas in the lounge (with a wood-burning fireplace in the winter period) and a beautiful roof terrace with lovely sunbeds and seating areas to enjoy the surroundings.

On our Patio, you can enjoy an extensive breakfast from 9 a.m. till 11 a.m. and, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., we receive our (new) guests and you are welcome for a fantastic glass of wine and tapa at our cozy and richly stocked wine bar.

Our wine bar is an Honesty bar where we work according to the honesty principle: You keep track of what you consume with us. The bar offers a wide range of fine wines, beer, soft drinks and other drinks. You can also use our coffee (Nespresso) and tea bar.

The Honesty bar is open daily until 22.00 hours!

Our Casa Rural is quiet and adults only! And pets are only allowed in Suite 5 (Verdejo) for an additional fee. (Provided they are social and they may not be left alone in the room)

We have many steps and stairs, so we are not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties!

You can park your car in the general parking lot of Lliber which is only a 2-minute walk away and which has 2 parking spots for charging electric vehicles!
