General Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

Welcome to Casa Rural Lliber!

In order to create a pleasant stay for you and other guests, the following terms and conditions and house rules apply at Casa Rural Lliber.


These General Terms and Conditions / House Rules apply to all users of Casa Rural Lliber. By confirming the reservation, these General Terms and Conditions become effective. A copy of these General Terms and Conditions will be provided free of charge upon request. Our casa rural is not suitable for (young) children and people with limited mobility.


When making a reservation, the number of people who will spend the night at Casa Rural Lliber must always be stated correctly. The rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 people. It is not allowed to spend the night and/or stay in the room with more than two people.

By entering into a rental agreement for your stay, these General Terms and Conditions and House Rules become effective. The host/hostess can immediately deny and/or refuse guests access to Casa Rural Lliber in the event of a violation of these General Terms and Conditions and House Rules and in the event of inappropriate behavior, without further notice or reason and without compensation for the accommodation costs.

The reservation can be made via our website or by e-mail. After receiving this reservation, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation. Your reservation is final after making the (down) payment.


You can cancel free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. You will pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 7 days of arrival. In case of a no-show, the full reservation price will be charged.

Terms of payment

After receiving the reservation confirmation, you must pay 30% of the rental price within 4 days, as stated on the confirmation.

The remaining 70% of the full room price must be transferred to the account of Casa Rural Lliber no later than 7 days before the rental period of the room.

If you make a reservation less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, you must pay the total room price immediately.


If you wish to receive guests, please inform the host in advance.


Check-in is possible between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. A different time can be arranged in consultation with the host/hostess.

In any case, please inform the host/hostess of your expected arrival time at least one day in advance and call or WhatsApp the host on the day itself 30 minutes before arrival. This ensures that someone is present and you do not have to wait unnecessarily. For check-in, please report to the front door of Casa Rural Lliber at Calle San José 8 in Lliber.


Check-out is possible between 9:00 am and no later than 11:00 am on the day of departure.


Upon arrival, the host/hostess will provide you with one key for your stay. You are responsible for locking the doors of your accommodation and turning off the lights. Please return the key to the host/hostess upon check-out. If you lose the key, Casa Rural Lliber will charge you € 150.00.


Breakfast takes place between 09:00 am and 10:30 am.


You can park your car for free in the municipal parking lot.
There are also two charging stations for electric cars.


Casa Rural Lliber kindly asks its guests to refrain from making noise in their rented accommodation and in the common areas. All music – and any other sound –  produced in any way must be adjusted to room volume, so that no noise nuisance occurs for other guests and residents, and is prohibited from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. We ask guests to be especially mindful of noise nuisance on the roof terrace and patio.


Pets are not allowed, except by prior reservation in suite 5.


Smoking in the rooms and common areas is prohibited.


Casarural-Lliber offers a free and fast Wi-Fi guest network.


Casa Rural Lliber has a wide range of channels, including Spanish, Dutch, and English. The TVs are equipped with internet, so you can also stream.


Casa Rural Lliber is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you may have experienced during your stay.

If damage is caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, you must inform the host/hostess immediately. Any costs to restore it to its original state will be charged.


Of course, we do our utmost to offer our guests a carefree and unforgettable stay. If there is still a complaint despite our good care, please let us know on-site so that we can solve it immediately.
